Ordering from Tribal UK: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Delivery is free on all orders; however they only deliver to UK mainland addresses. Most deliveries are made within 7 to 10 working days of your payment clearing although some manufacturers such as Sony and Microsoft can sometimes deliver within 2 to 5 working days. The order will be delivered by the manufacturer or a representative of the manufacturer and all deliveries must be signed for.

Ordering from Tribal UK: Refunds and Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so at any time from the day you placed your order. You can also return your goods up to 7 days after you have received them. Refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation. If the items are not faulty or wrongly delivered by the company, the customer has to return them at their own cost. If the goods are not returned, Tribal UK can arrange a pick up and deduct the cost from the refund.

Please make sure that the package is unused and returned in an undamaged state with any accessories that came included. A restocking fee may apply to some products, if so, contact Tribal UK.

If an order arrives damaged or with items missing, please inform Tribal UK within 7 working days. A repair or replacement will be made, depending on the damage or the items that are missing. Your statutory rights are not affected. Contact Tribal at damaged@tribaluk.com

If your goods become faulty within 28 days of receipt, please contact Tribal to arrange an inspection of your purchase. As a rule, Tribal exchange or refund the item as long as it is ‘as new' and has no faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. If the item is outside of the 28 days, and within its 12 month guarantee, Tribal will repair and return or replace the product free of charge. Contact Tribal at faulty@tribaluk.com

Please note that all returns need a Returns Reference Number which is available from Tribal UK. No returns of any type will be accepted without the Returns Reference Number.

Finance is available to Tribal UK customers, subject to a normal credit checking procedure. If these checks are passed then the customer is allowed to purchase goods totalling £190.00 or more on finance. For more information, visit the Tribal UK website.

Orders placed with a Visa or MasterCard can request an alternative delivery address. With these cards, extra security checks are made and providing these are met, Tribal UK will deliver to your alternative address.
