The Hut offers an “Absolute Satisfaction” guarantee whereby you can return any unopened item within 14 days of the despatch date. Your credit card or debit card will be refunded in full (allow 14 days after sending the item back). A Returns Authorisation number must be secured before any return can be made. Put this number, along with an explanation of the problem, in securely wrapped packaging and address it to Customer Service Centre, Unit 4a, Brunel Court, Rudheath Way, Northwich, CW9 7LP, UK.

If you have ordered the wrong item by accident, follow the returns procedure and sent the goods back unopened. The Hut will then refund you to your credit or debit card.

If the item is faulty or was damaged on delivery, return the item, along with the invoice and a brief explanation of what went wrong. Please follow the returns policy when doing so. The Hut will then send you a replacement or refund you to your credit or debit card.

Please note that all faulty goods must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
