Ordering from Play.com: Refunds and Returns Policy

Play.com's refunds policy applies up to 28 days after delivery. You will need to follow the company's returns procedure to in order to get a refund:

• Follow the returns authorisation procedure on Play.com's website. You will then receive an authorisation email.

• Securely wrap the item, including the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for return.

• Play.com will refund postage costs of up to £2.00 when returning CDs, DVDs, games and books. Send by Recorded Delivery only.

• When returning electrical goods under £75, use Recorded Delivery. If the item is above £75, use Special Delivery. Play.com will refund postage on a special delivery item if a receipt is included.

• Send the item to: Play.com Returns, PO Box 192, Jersey, JE4 8RP.

• The refund will be put back on your card.

Ordering from Play.com: Other Points

Play.com currently can only send electronics and gadgets to UK addresses. For security reasons the product can only be send to your billing address.

• Electronic and gadget items under £25 will be sent by first class mail.

• Electronics and gadget items priced from £25 to £75 will be sent by recorded delivery and will require a signature when delivered.

• Electronics and gadget items priced £75 and above will be sent by special delivery and will require a signature when delivered.
