In addition to its other areas of retail, they have a well stocked computing and gaming department, accessible through its website.

Ordering: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

They offers three options for the delivery of gaming products:

  • Standard and Specialist Delivery: Costs £3.95 (free if order exceeds £150) and will take within 5 working days. If you order items that show delivery within 14 days, then you will be telephoned by them to discuss delivery times.

  • Next Working Day Delivery: Costs £6.95 and orders must be placed before 3pm the previous working day. Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

  • Named Day Delivery: Costs £6.95 and lets you choose the delivery date of your choice (subject to availability). Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Standard delivery is free if an order is over £150 (£100 until 19 February) and delivery times are between 9am and 6pm. Products may be sent from different locations and therefore arrive separately, but they do not make any additional charge if this happens.

If you order specialist delivery items with 5 and 14 day quoted despatch times, the order is consolidated and both products will arrive together within 14 days.

Ordering: Value Added Services

Gift Vouchers are available online and in their stores. Up to £200 of vouchers can be purchased (in multiples of £5 and £10) and sent to any UK postcode for a small charge, along with a card and message.

Ordering: Refunds and Returns Policy

If you make an error when ordering online, you can cancel your order by contacting their customer services team on 08456 049 049.

Returns should be made within 28 days with the item in its original undamaged packaging. Software that has had its seal broken cannot be returned. However this does not affect your rights as a consumer regarding faulty goods. For more details, visit the website.

They will be happy to refund you for any item that is returned in a re-saleable condition. However, if this is not the case, then the company reserves the right to deduct up to 20% from the refunded amount.
