HMV's UK delivery options are as follows:

Standard Delivery: HMV offers free shipping within the UK for any orders sent by standard UK mail. Items will take 2–5 business days to arrive
Royal Mail Special Delivery: takes one business day to arrive. The order can be tracked and needs to be signed for on delivery. It costs £5 for each item sent.

As each item from HMV may require different postage costs, there is no set charge for delivery to places abroad. You will need to check the delivery costs upon checkout and before completing your order.

Overseas delivery times for orders are as follows

Standard Airmail for Europe takes around 5-7 days to arrive and there is a shipping cost for each item ordered. For other overseas destinations it takes approximately 7-10 days.
Overseas Courier Delivery for Europe takes around 2-3 days to arrive. For other overseas destinations it takes approximately 3-5 days. There is a shipping cost for each item ordered and these can be traced and must be signed for on delivery.

Be aware that you may also need to pay customs charges when the item you have ordered from HMV reaches the country you are sending it to.

Ordering from HMV: Refunds and Returns Policy

HMV accept returns under the following conditions

Unwanted goods: HMV will exchange any orders as long as they are sent back within 21 days.
Faulty items: these should be returned for exchange or refund giving details of any postal costs so they can be refunded to you.
Incorrect goods: any goods sent out by mistake should also be returned for exchange or refund giving details of any postal costs so they can be refunded to you.
Damaged items: if the actual item is damaged, return it to HMV in the same way as you would for incorrect and faulty goods. If it is just the case that is damaged, then go to the Contact Us page on HMV's site to request replacements.
Lost Items: You should contact HMV about any item sent by standard mail which has not reached you within 14 days. They will refund the money, create a new order and recharge your card. Items having been sent by standard airmail should be given 21 days before you report them as missing. As long as HMV can confirm the delivery address they can then send out a replacement. All other forms of delivery need to be signed for, therefore can be tracked.

If you need to return high cost goods, HMV recommend that you should return them by recorded delivery in case they go astray in the post.
