Ordering From Game: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Each product on Game's site will show its availability under one of four categories:

• Immediate

• Ships in 3-7 days

• Ships in 7-21 days - Unfortunately if you live outside of the UK, Game can't deliver these items to you.

• Out of Stock – The item isn't currently in stock and Game can't confirm when or if they will be able to obtain further stocks of this product.

Once you have taken the shipping time into account, you will then need to add the time needed for Game to deliver your item in order to work out when you are likely to receive it.

If you are based in the UK and your total Game order comes to £100 or under, you can choose to have it delivered by either:

• Standard Royal Mail delivery at a cost of £1.50 per order, which will take 2 business days to arrive.

• Express delivery, which will take 1 business day to arrive, and costs £4.95 per item.

If your order costs over £100, it will be delivered within two business days for free.

Delivery times and postage and packing charges for Game to deliver to other areas of the world are as follows:

• Europe –three to five business days at a cost of £2.95 per order

• Australasia – four to six business days at a cost of £4.95 per order

• USA & Rest of World – four to six business days at a cost of £4.95 per order.

Game's Pre-order Service allows you to order forthcoming games for all different types of games console so that you receive it on the day of release. You don't pay anything until the release date, and receive priority allocation, double rewards points on your Game Reward Card, and e-mails to update you if there is any change to the release date. You can also benefit from Game's pre-order price guarantee when you use this service.

You can also order Game gift vouchers online, or if you want to buy a particular product as a present for someone, Game offers a gift wrapping service for just £2 per item, meaning that it's a great site to use when looking for Christmas or birthday presents.

Game's website clearly shows both British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) and Pan-European Games Information (PGEI) ratings on relevant products so that you can make an accurate judgement about whether or not a game is suitable for any children you are buying for.

Ordering from Game: Refunds and Returns Policy

If you make an error when ordering online from Game, you can cancel your order as long as you cancel it before the item has been dispatched to you.

Game also has a 10 Day Returns Policy, meaning that you can return any software (excluding DVDs) that you buy online within 10 days of the day it was dispatched and either exchange it or get a refund. For full terms and conditions of this policy, visit the Help section of Game's website.

In rare cases where your order gets lost in the post, Game will try to replace this as soon as possible after an initial waiting period of 10 working days (21 days for international orders).

Ordering from Game: Other Points

• In most cases, you can choose to have your order delivered to another address rather than your own, but for certain orders Game won't be able to do this due to security reasons. Game also can't deliver to PO Box numbers.

• All video games available from Game are PAL (UK and Europe versions) – they don't offer NTSC (US) video games.
