• Within 16 days - any goods returned unused and in their packaging will come under the “16 days no quibble money back guarantee”. They will be collected free of charge. Any products not covered by this will be indicated.

• Within 30 days – as long as you have proof of purchase you can return faulty products for a refund or replacement. You may be offered a repair on the item.

• Between 30 days and a year - any faulty items will be either repaired or replaced.
